How It Works

1. Sign Up: Complete the registration form below.
2. Scheduling: Our clinic coordinator will reach out to schedule your consultation.
3. Consultation: During your consultation, you'll meet with a senior student and a supervising practitioner who will comprehensively review your health concerns and history.
4. Care Plan: Post consultation, the team will create a personalized care plan for you.
5. Follow Up: Regular follow-ups will be scheduled to monitor your progress and adjust your care plan as needed.
